Case study
James and Jane

Hi, my name is Gerry, and I help homeowners make better housing-related decisions in a respectful, non-obligatory manner with the sole purpose of empowering them with my experiences and knowledge.
Despite being in this career full-time since 2H 2020, I have personally helped clients to save up to $600,000 worth of opportunity costs as buyers and up to $550,000 extra profits as sellers respectively. This excludes clients whom I have recommended them to remain status quo, which could have potentially incurred them net losses from a supposedly profitable transaction.
